I undertook a fixed-term contract with PLM Equipements from June 23, 2021, to July 22, 2021, where my primary responsibility involved developing a new application for the company's business tool dedicated to after-sales follow-up.

Working predominantly remotely, I operated independently while also collaborating with a team on the project. Utilizing collaborative tools such as Gitlab, I effectively communicated and exchanged ideas with team members to ensure cohesive development efforts.

Throughout the project, I liaised closely with Yohan Saussier, overseeing the rental division, to discern and address his operational requirements. This involved translating his needs into comprehensive specifications, user stories, or issues logged into Gitlab for streamlined project management.

My mission encompassed interpreting customer needs and delivering stable versions of the web application before each update. Additionally, I maintained a proactive stance post-production launch, promptly addressing urgent bugs to ensure optimal functionality.

By diligently fulfilling these responsibilities, I contributed to enhancing PLM Equipements' after-sales processes, facilitating smoother operations and improved customer service.
